The engagement is the first agreement between the families, and that's when they set the wedding date. “The wedding rituals themselves begin 15 days before the wedding, with Barni Bandhwana,” says Ferinoosh Khosravi, senior catering and special events manager at The Roosevelt Hotel.
Food quality here always surpasses other Indian restaurants in the area. Staff is friendly, prices are decent, but that's really just the gravy - the food, the food is the draw. If you want a cheap way to test the waters, hit up lunch during the week. You won't be disappointed.
Food quality as always remains consistent. Se vice can be challenging on a busy Saturday night but they do their best and a little patience goes a long way. Pindey Cholley and Paan Ice Cream remain personal favorites and standouts! Make sure to make reservations on peak nights/hours!
Amazing food! Nice atmosphere. Mother's day was perfect. Have eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants near me and this one is the best. Also, thanks to the owner. Nice people. Thanks for the shot of Jameson. I already forgot how to say it in Indian lol, so cheers!
Excellent Indian cuisine in a brick-walled dining room. Went on a quiet weekday, but the menu and service will justify a return on a weekend evening. BYOB is a bonus. As with most good Indian restaurants, there is a good variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers and entrees. We started with a mixed grill appetizer and then had the Lamb Rogan Josh and Palak Paneer entrees. Generous portions of rice accompanied both. Garlic naan was a fine topper to the meal. Highly recommended.
Great place and food! Vic is an awesome host who took great care of us the entire night. The portions are amazing and the taste is just as good. Other places go "cheap" on the rice and other freebies; Kohinoor Grill does not believe in that and gives a healthy portion. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for GREAT Indian food!!
A place to take a chance to try a new dish with confidence and tastes very good. All the dishes I and my family tried are very delicious. I have stopped visiting other Indian restaurants after Kohinoor opened up. Great good!
I've gone to the lunch buffet. Well priced, accessible Indian food with tons of flavor for someone new to the cuisine.
Juiciest and tenderest meat I've ever had, and I'm Pakistani. Servers and everyone was overly hospitable in true desi fashion. We got mix grill which had fish and shrimp which were also good if you like fish. The Khyber curry had a strange spice like nutmeg or something but it was different and a good change. I'll be coming back for a date with my husband here.
I love the food here, I come often with all my coworkers at lunch time. The Buffet had many options, I brought my co-workers here they all loved it!! Keep it up Kohinoor Grill.
This place is amazing. Not much else to say. Truly authentic Indian cuisine and an awesome and welcoming atmosphere.
